Executive Chef Gana san, who is the owner has over fifteen years experience in preparing sushi of the highest quality. His talent is evident not just in the taste of his art, but also in his efficiency in the kitchen and dedication to ensuring every customer is completely satisfied. His knowledge of the food he serves enhances any dining experience, and as we have an open kitchen area at Yazu, many customers engage him in conversation to learn more about the thought and preparation that goes into each dish, which he is always very happy to share. Gana is passionate about the sushi we serve, and we like it when that passion is passed on to each and every customer.

We recognise that Yazu Sushi is a small restaurant (possibly the smallest in London!) and as such we are proud to offer chef Gana san for a private hire if you have a function that needs his skill. He will travel to your kitchen, with all the ingredients necessary, and prepare sushi and sashimi at its freshest for the delight of your guests. A bespoke culinary service, prepared at the venue of your choice, with Gana's care and expertise.
